Order changes and cancellations

Email service@mepato.com as soon as possible with the order number and requested change. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but an edit or cancellation is not guaranteed.

Possible changes

Address, size, item or cancellation changes may be possible only while the order remains unprocessed. Some payment or inventory changes require cancellation and a new order.

After fulfillment

Once a shipping label is created or the parcel is handed to the carrier, changes may no longer be possible. Use the return process after delivery when eligible.

Duplicate orders

If the same order was submitted more than once, contact us immediately with every order number. Do not assume an unconfirmed cancellation is complete.

Refund timing

Approved cancellation refunds return to the original payment method. Financial institutions control the final posting time.
