These terms apply to your use of mepato.com and purchases made through this website. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Website Use
You must use this website lawfully, provide accurate purchase information, and be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement under applicable law. You must not submit fraudulent orders, introduce harmful code, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Product Information and Sizing
Review each listing for measurements, materials, closures, coverage, care instructions, and included accessories before purchasing.
Measure your dog and compare all relevant measurements with the specific product’s chart. Breed, weight, and letter sizes alone do not establish fit.
Do not assume complete waterproofing, breathability, insulation, reflective performance, or compatibility with a particular harness unless expressly confirmed for the item.
Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance. This does not remove your rights if an item is defective, incomplete, or materially different from its description.
3. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Available payment methods, shipping charges, and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment.
Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. International orders may incur destination charges as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not alter the agreed price of an order we have already accepted.
4. Orders and Availability
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not guarantee availability or fulfillment.
If an item is unavailable, a material pricing error occurs, payment cannot be processed, or an order raises suspected fraud concerns, we may contact you or cancel the affected order.
Payments collected for canceled items and associated charges that no longer apply will be refunded. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
5. Shipping and Changes
Shipping information is explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Provide an accurate delivery address. For corrections, size changes, or cancellations, email us promptly with your order number. Requests depend on processing status and are only confirmed once we acknowledge them.
6. Returns and Product Issues
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before sending an item back.
Conditions for voluntary returns do not restrict mandatory rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.
7. Pet Comfort and Care
Follow the product instructions and supervise your dog throughout wear. Ensure the garment allows natural movement, breathing, and toileting and does not obstruct the eyes, nose, mouth, or paws.
Remove the garment if your dog shows discomfort, becomes too warm, gets caught, or chews the fabric or attachments. Do not leave rainwear on an unattended, sleeping, or crated dog.
Rainwear does not replace a suitable harness, collar, leash, restraint, or flotation device. Do not attach a leash to the garment unless the specific product expressly permits that use.
Follow the care label and dry the garment completely before storage. Damage caused by chewing, unsuitable cleaning, unauthorized alteration, or misuse may affect eligibility for a voluntary return. This does not exclude remedies for an underlying product defect.
8. Intellectual Property
Website content belongs to Mepato or the relevant rights holders. You may view it for personal shopping purposes. Commercial copying, republication, or exploitation requires authorization unless permitted by law.
9. Privacy and Service Providers
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Payment and delivery providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices. Using third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
11. Updates
We may publish revised terms for future use and future orders. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
